Michael C. Turk
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer for RRC, Mr. Turk is responsible for managing RRC’s day-to-day operations in addition to ensuring that business services are efficient and effectively executed, with the proper resources, while maintaining RRC’s targeted profit goals. Mr. Turk also communicates and reiterates the company’s mission statement and culture throughout the RRC Team. Additionally, Mr. Turk works with staff to ensure their training, mentoring and career development needs are met.
Mr. Turk has over 25 years of construction experience, including 10 years of International Management, throughout the Middle East and Europe, in leadership roles with all major construction delivery systems including; client representative, general contracting, construction management, design/build, and dispute/claims resolution. His experience includes multi-billion dollar large domestic and international portfolio-based projects for both private and government clients utilizing a thorough understanding of all EPC phases and construction operations.
Mr. Turk has specialized in construction management, design, procurement, and construction planning complimented with the interfacing of LEED and BIM. His latest responsibilities focus on museums, large-scale multifamily, military and government initiatives with project values ranging from $1 million to $4 billion.
Mr. Turk enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He volunteers a large majority of his personal time to coaching various sports for his son and daughter. In his spare time, he likes to go to the mountains, dabble in I.T., attending sporting events and watching movies. Mr. Turk attended Boise State University, The University of Manchester and various Universities for certification courses.
